Observation
The children are driven by internal growth motivation to explore the world. They are learning by watching, and consistently repetition.
Their observation skill starts at their first day at Montessori environment. They observe adults and peers' activities and carefully watch tiny creatures and objects. The concrete experience and images remain in their brain which develop their abstract ability.

The children think independently. They integrate the knowledge that they take in. The elements in their surroundings and the information the children collected are combined to create distinctive ideas and thoughts.

An uninterrupted learning environment provides the opportunity for the children to review and research activities that they focus on.

Facing challenges or problems, the children get fully supported from the experienced teachers who guide them to raise more questions and find solutions by themselves. As the children are familiar with independent thinking, exploration, they gradually possess the ability to solve problems on their own .
