In our Chinese TK program, the older children eagerly participate in a diverse range of science lessons every week. These engaging and educational sessions ignite their curiosity, stimulate critical thinking, and foster a deep appreciation for the wonders of the natural world. Through hands-on experiments, discussions, and exploration, they develop a solid foundation in scientific principles and inquiry skills. These science lessons empower older children to ask questions, seek answers, and embark on exciting journeys of discovery, laying the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning and exploration in the realm of science.

Transitional Kindergarten

Transitional Kindergarten (TK), designed for four-year-old children, is often referred to as the 'first year of kindergarten' because it's dedicated to preparing young learners for their upcoming kindergarten experience.

TK offers a multitude of benefits. It provides children with the opportunity to develop crucial social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills essential for a smooth transition to kindergarten. In this structured setting, they learn how to interact with peers and teachers, boosting their self-esteem and confidence while fostering positive behavior.

TK also nurtures language and literacy skills through age-appropriate activities like reading, writing, and storytelling. Furthermore, TK cultivates critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in young students. Our curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning, engaging activities, and exploration-based projects that ignite curiosity about the world. This, in turn, instills a profound love for learning and an enduring enthusiasm for education that will serve your child well throughout their academic journey.

Science

At our TK program, we've carefully chosen Singapore math as our primary math curriculum because it offers a proven and highly effective approach to mathematical education. Singapore math places a strong emphasis on building a deep understanding of mathematical concepts through visual and hands-on learning experiences. Its problem-solving focus not only equips young learners with essential mathematical skills but also nurtures critical thinking and reasoning abilities from an early age. We believe that Singapore math provides a solid foundation for our students, setting them on a path to excel in mathematics and develop a lifelong love for the subject.

We have selected the Standardized TK Science Book as our primary science curriculum with careful consideration. This curriculum is renowned for its comprehensive and standardized approach to early science education, aligning seamlessly with educational standards. It equips our young learners with a structured and engaging platform to explore the wonders of the natural world, fostering a strong foundation in scientific inquiry. By choosing the Standardized TK Science Book, we ensure that our students receive a well-rounded and age-appropriate science education that prepares them for future academic success.

We recognize the tremendous potential of the outdoor environment in enhancing our children's learning journey. Nature becomes a vibrant classroom where students engage their senses, creating a dynamic bridge between tangible experiences and complex abstract ideas. We hold a firm conviction that this immersive approach, which emphasizes learning through movement and keen observation, not only sparks curiosity but also instills a sense of wonder in our young learners. It is our belief that by fostering these qualities, we lay the foundation for a self-directed approach to education. Our mission is to inspire students to become enthusiastic, lifelong learners, driven by their innate sense of curiosity, and nurtured by the limitless opportunities provided by the world around the

Our Chinese curriculum is thoughtfully designed to empower children to express themselves naturally in Chinese. At the heart of our teaching philosophy is the art of asking questions, guiding our young learners to formulate their thoughts and encouraging collaborative group discussions to foster cooperation. Through engaging daily oral games that expand their vocabulary, as well as comprehensive reading and writing exercises, our curriculum provides a well-rounded foundation in the Chinese language. Our goal is to fully prepare our students for a seamless transition to any Chinese elementary school, equipping them with the linguistic skills and confidence to excel in their educational journey.
